1. Ros omlette 

                    


Ros omlette is usually prepared on local stalls called ' gaddo '. Mostly these are made of wooden push cart on four wheels. They open around 6pm and closes around 10pm or until it is sold out. Ros omlette is generally served with Goan pav. You can even ask for polee. 

It is basically chicken or mutton curry with omlette in it , garnished with onion , lemon and some coriander leaves. You can also ask for omlette according to your choice.

2. Cutlet pav.

                  


Goan Steak Pav/Steak Pao also called as Cutlet pav is a delicious snack very popular in Goa . Crispy fried chicken or beef  steak served with salad in pav A very goan Indian style of burger .Crispy fried chicken / beef which is so flavourful is sandwiched in Pav/pao and served with salad.

3. Sadu's Chilly ( Mahesh bar and restaurant)

4. Chicken Cafreal

                      


In this dish , chicken is marinated with an uber- flavourful green spice paste masala known as cafreal masala. Chicken Cafreal is fiery, rustic, a bit tangy , utterly aromatic and absolutely delicious all at once! 

Some folks add a splash of rum when the chicken is almost done which actually adds a nice, festive finish to the dish!

Timings : 7:00 a.m - 7:30 p.m. Shree Shantadurga Kunkalikarin Temple is located at Fatorpa of Quepem Taluka and is one of the oldest temples of Goa. It is also one of the prime places to visit in Goa.This temple is dedicated to Goddess Shree Shantadurga. Originally from Cuncolim village the Goddess was removed to Fatorpa in 16th century during the religious persecution by the Portuguese.
